I am actually not Jim Adkins, as any TRUE Jimmy Eat World fan should know... *glares* he is probably on a plane to somewhere for touring and yeah.... SO. I say it in all honesty. this CD is the absolute best thing ever ever EVER since instant ramen was invented! I absolutely LUUUUURVE every single song on this CD... except stupid "Hear You Me". ballads just really aren't my thing. but hey.. it's whatever squeaks your ducky. "Sweetness" is by far my favorite, in all its annoying felicitosity. it bugs the hell out of my friends, though. haha. "Get it Faster" has got a harder edge, for all you korn and whoever else fans out there. "Bleed American" just plain rocks my socks. >;] it's something like new found glory, for tone. "Praise Chorus" was actually the first Jimmy Eat World song I ever heard.. O_o. anyhoo, it's just bursting with toe-tap-osity, although it's not quite as annoyingly happy as "Sweetness". "The Authority Song" is quite as annoying and not quite as happy, but catchy nonetheless. "Your House" is really sweet and acoustic-y sounding. "If You Don't, Don't" is on a par with "Praise Chorus" for fluffy-sounding-ness. "Cautioners" is a good transfer from "Get it Faster" to "The Authority Song", being kinda saddy-slow. and last but not because the rest of the songs are in order (and they're not, btw) "My Sundown" is the best ending track known to humanity. it's very laid-back and slow and it's got a "closing time" (not referring to the song) mood to it... it's the kinda thing you could fall asleep to. and I have. it's a little depressing, though. but all taken into account, you should go out right now (yes, you. pick up your car keys and skedaddle) and BUY IT!!!! really cool people would buy this CD! (what a teriffic reason... not. buy it anyway.)
