I'm going to let you know how I feel about each song, and hopefully it'll help you decide to buy this disc.

Bleed American - ***** I love the song overall. It's loud, energetic, and upbeat; great to listen to at a party.

A Praise Chorus - **** The music is great on this song, and the lyrics make you think about your life and how you should grab an opportunity when you have the chance. It would have 5 stars, but I don't like the part that says "crimson and clover, over and over". It's annoying and they shouldn't have put that in.

The Middle - ***** I love listening to this song when I'm having a bad day, because the words are really encouraging and fun. They help you to let go.

Your House - *** I don't really like this song. I don't like the pauses between words. Basically the only part I like is "Don't go, tell me now". The music is okay.

Sweetness - ***** This single continues to blow radio listeners away. It's probably my favorite song on the CD. It's full of fun and energy and it really gets you pumped up. I love it!

Hear You Me - ***** This is a beautiful, sad song. It reminds you that someone could die before you get the chance to tell them something. "You gave me someplace to go. I never said thank you for that; thought I'd get one more chance."

If You Don't, Don't - **** I like this upbeat-yet-lonely song. "We once walked out on the beach and once I almost touched your hand. Oh, how I dreamed to finally say such things, then only to pretend."

Get It Faster - *** This song is scary in the beginning and gets angry. The beginning of the chorus is annoying. Not one of the best.

Cautioners - **** The music is annoying in the beginning, but the rest makes up for it. I like the lyrics and it turns out to be a very pretty song.

The Authority Song - ** I don't like this song. It's annoying and pointless.

My Sundown - ***** I really like this one. It's a slow, pretty song.

Unlike other modern rock bands, Jimmy Eat World lifts you up instead of puts you down. I recommend this CD for anyone who wants something rarely good to listen to among the trashy bands that are popular these days.
