I refuse to watch those silly American Idol TV shows, but I heard from my friends that there was an amazing girl by the name of Kelly Clarkson who was on the show and had an album out. So, I checked into it and ultimately bought the album. I was shocked - not only at how good the album was, but how great some of the songs where. I only hope her next album will be as good and that she won't turn into another Britney Spears.

However I took off one star because of the mix of music styles. I think a musician should stick to one type of music per CD instead of jumping around from track to track.
