this debut album by linkin park is the best $15 ive ever spent. throughout the cd there are no bad songs, and their mix of rock and rap is done very well. when i first heard them on mtv i liked "one step closer" and so i wanted the album. I got it figuring that there would be a lot of bad songs but maybe id get my moneys worth. when i first listened to it i listened straight through without skipping a track because they were all good. after that i figured that it would get worse after a while and all the songs would get boring. but i was surprised, now nearly 4 months after i bought it i still love it, and listen through the whole thing. not only that but the songs didnt get old, they got better and songs that werent so good before became my favorite songs. so if you think that "one step closer" or "crawling" are their best songs, you should listen to the cd and youll find a new favorite. another plus is that they don't swear at all so your parents cant restrict you from buying it and you wont get in trouble for listening to it. to sum up, if you like rock, this should be the number one choice for you to buy
