I enjoy watching/listening to the stylistic evolution of a wide range of musicians. Madonna's style & voice have transcended the negative connotations sometimes associated with the 'pop icon' title imho. Many of these songs bring a smile to my face, and truly some are hauntingly beautiful. Will you like this album? All I can say is I like stuff ranging from Zeppelin & Sabbath to classical & baroque, with lots of stopping points in between. And this album's now one of those points for me.
