Madonna can really sing a ballad when she wants to. Proof positive is this remarkable compilation from many of her best-selling albums.

Any disc that features "Take a Bow," the best song ever penned by Babyface, is exceptional.

Her cover of Marvin Gaye's "I Want You" is a killer, also.
