This is definitely not the best CD in the entire world, but it's definitely not the worst, either. Somewhere in the middle. I WANNA BE WITH YOU *The Special Edition* is just OK. I only really liked a few of the songs. And besides, dontcha think Mandy Moore hasn't been around long enough to make a *Special Edition* album? Most of these songs listed on this album are the same songs listed on her SO REAL album, which I also didn't neccessarily enjoy. The stand-out cuts on this album are the usual: "I Wanna Be With You", "Walk Me Home", and I guess the remixes of "Candy" and "I Wanna Be With You" are pretty good, too. But the rest of the songs are just plain and bland with no meaning. Actually, practically every single song on this album has been on her SO REAL album. Wouldn't a real *Special Edition* album have more than just 12 tracks anyway? So you really couldn't call this a *Special Edition* album. It's more like an album that's been repeated - with the addition of a couple of songs - album. Though when you listen to Mandy's "I Wanna Be With You", she has definitely improved her voice. And I guess this is the best any 16-year-old girl could do. And Mandy, if you're reading this, I've got some advice: Why don't you wait to make another *Special Edition* album until you've at least made three real albums with different songs on them! Although I have to admit, Mandy Moore is definitely better than some of those *other* so-called teen "Pop Princesses" and Pop acts, but I wouldn't recommend this over Christina Aguilera or Backstreet Boys!
