i've heard that when artists do self-titled albums, they're usually just starting out, or they're changing their style...I kinda think Mandy Moore as the second one. which is a good thing. This CD is the one that separated her from Britney, Christina ect...while they're off kissing other women and getting "dirrrty", Mandy moore remains sweet and innocent. Sure this is bubblegum pop..but o well, at least mandy has a voice (unlike britney) and these songs will NOT get out of your head.. i also like the middle eastern effect mandy touched on in this cd. very original. so all in all, I think Miss Moore is going places...even though she's misjudged and kind of looked over because of her previous "britney cloned" albums, i still think she'll make it. just think, in 20 years when britney died from AIDS, and Christina is in hospitals constantly recovering from hypothermia because of her lack of clothes...as well as suffering from several STDs, Mandy Moore will be at the Music Awards for longest lasting pop singer/actress...seriously. Mandy, you're the best out of Pop we're gonna get!
