1. In My Pocket (A+): This song is very dancy, you might say, and I found it difficult to understand a lot of the words, but it's, of course, awesome. I love the video!
2. You Remind Me (A): I really like the background music in this one, and I absolutely love the tune she sings in the beginning, and when she sings "I, I cannot figure it out. I ain't got a clue. I'm so confused about how I feel, cuz I'm really feeling you."
3. Saturate Me (A+): When I looked at the lyrics for this one, I saw that it was very clever, what with the desert thing. My favorite part of the song is when she sings "forsaken, left here in my barren desolate", and in the chorus, my favorite line is "rain down on me with life" just because of the way she sings it. It's very cool.
4. One Sided Love (A): Very strong in the lyrics, and the tune seemed somewhat familiar.
5. 17 (A): Though I love the background music and the tune to this song, I must admit (being only 13) I don't really like the lines "I don't wanna do right" and "save my best behavior for a little later". However, I love the bridge with "Anyone who's ever been in love has got to know what it means to have a dream. And no one can say anything to change my mind, no not this time."
6. Cry (A+): I first heard this on Radio Disney, and because it was Mandy Moore, I kinda HAD to learn the words to it. Also at school I had it stuck in my head, but it was bothering me because I didn't know very many of the words. But when I finally got it down, I absolutely loved it for its lyrics and tune.
7. Crush (A+): I actually spent 3 days borrowing my sister's Now 8 CD without her knowing it (lol) so I could learn this song and know it as well as I knew "Cry." I had seen part of the video on TV and knew I would love it if I heard all of it, but didn't do much about it back then. Anyway, I love it now for just everything about it.
8. It Only Took A Minute (A+): I love this song so much! The chorus really captivated me and actually made me cry because it was so beautiful to me. Definitely a favorite on this album.
9. Turn The Clock Around (A): I love the meaning of this song, and the chorus kinda reminds me of a tune I might have used for a song I wrote.
10. Yo-yo (A+): This is another favorite on this CD. I first heard a clip of this song upon entering her website, and I wanted to know exactly what the title of it was, between "I Know What You Want" and "Yo-yo", though I was pretty sure it was "Yo-yo". I thought it was pretty cool from the clip, and I wanted to hear the rest of it. Now that I have, I'd say it's very clever with "I've cut the cord", "I'm not a thing you let go", and "I don't come back when I'm thrown".
11. From Loving You (A): I love the way she sings it, and I think upon first hearing it, the lyrics are enough to make me cry. It's very beautiful, and it's kinda cool how her voice is suspended in the beginning of each verse.
12. Split Chick (A): When I think about it, this song reminds me of "Disco Hippie" from Play's debut album. A fun song, nothing really serious like most of them. Great for an "on the go" kinda girl lol :)
13. When I Talk To You (A): I wanna know exactly what words she wrote in this song. I love the beginning lines and the chorus is pretty too.
