Surprisingly a VERY enjoyable teen pop CD! A mix of dance songs with Arabian accents (very hip sounding - kind of like Shakira but also totally different) and breathy ballads, and some songs that are kind of in between.
Okay, so there are still pop cliches on here-- i.e. "17"s call to abstinence, "Split Chick"s manic girl power trip, and Diane Warren's song -- but the good outweighs the bad on here! Songs like "Saturate Me", "In My Pocket", "You Remind Me" and "Cry" from Mandy's movie A Walk to Remember are really fun and have a sound different from the other young starlets that are currently popular!

While the lyrics aren't so bad on this CD, it's almost even better to listen to it as background music! Ideal soundtrack for girl-bonding summer afternoons of tanning by the pool, exercising on a trampoline, gossiping and having heart to hearts.
Plus, it's not bad solo driving music for a late afternoon pick-me-up!

I would recommend this as a casual addition to your music collection. You could listen to it constantly, or you could play it once every month or two. Either way, I think it's worth the money!
