The New Mandy Moore!

When you first listen to this album it's almost as if it's a different person singing it. Not that Mandy's voice has blossomed to the point of the likes of Celine Dion. True, her voice has improved, but we all expected it to. She was just 15 when she recorded her debut. The reason why you'd think it was someone else singing is because the styling is much more mature than her previous effort. She is less concerned with getting a boy's attention, while twirling her hair and chewing gum. There's a depth here which she so desperately lacked just a year and a half ago. There's a lot of really good single worthy material on this album. The first promotional single "In My Pocket" is one of the most unique and break-through hits of the year. It's flavored in a desert scene with lots of post production, vocal hooks and an aire that is maturity. Mandy has truly proved us right. One day she was gonna grow up and show the world that there's more to life than just Candy. Other great tracks "Saturate Me" "Cry", & "From Loving You" are just a start at making a change for the better, musically.
