Good CD from a great teen singer!

This is a great CD, considering that this is Mandy'sdebut. Overall it has a nice fast beat with a few slow songs at theright times in the album. 1) So Real- A great song, as well as the CD title. This song is catchy, especially around the chorus. Why this hasn't been released yet for radio play, who knows. 9.5/10 2) Candy- Mandy's first single. The video really seemed to catch everyone's eye. When it was first released, it never made it into the Top 20 in airplay, so they re-released it (instead of putting up So Real (definitely a Top 10 would-be hit). 9/10 3) What You Want- A terrific song which is better in my opinion than So Real and Candy. This should have at least had a video made, but with her "special edition" CD, so much for that. Why this wasn't moved over instead of some other songs, Epic/550 knows. 10/10 4) Walk Me Home- The 2nd best slow song on the CD, this had a video made but never gave it up for TRL or airplay, and i don't blame them. It would have done worse than Candy. 7.5/10 5)Lock Me In Your Heart- even better than Walk Me Home, this song would be a Top 10 hit most likely. Had "I Wanna Be With You" never been done, this would be a very successful CD instead of only Platinum. Although I Wanna Be With You is better than this song, So Real better be released next or there will soon be a 3rd CD. 9/10 6) Telephone- short and sweet, a nice thing to take up space so there wouldn't be only 11 tracks. 6/10 7)Quit Breaking My Heart- An interesting song, but sounds like something I've heard before. 7/10 8) Let Me Be The One- Another one of those "haven't i heard this before" songs. Not as bad as Love Shot or I Like It, but could be done without. 6.5/10 9) Not Too Young- A great song, one of the top three on this CD under So Real and What You Want. Great storm effects in the background and another guaranteed Top 10 song if released. However, when i first saw the title, it made me think of other things. I'm glad i was proven wrong. 9.5/ 10 10) Love Shot- Not the worst song on the album, but definitely not the best either. This song could be done without without a question. 6/10 11) I Like It- Blah! This song is undoubtedly the worst. Why this was chosen to be on "I Wanna Be With You", BLAH! instead of Not Too Young or What You Want, they had to go with this stuff. one more time: BLAH! 2/10 12)Love You For Always- Interesting song, but doesn't compare with the likes of the top songs. 7/10 13)Quit Breaking My Heart (reprise)- unnecessary, but needed to get at least 12 tracks on this CD. But hey! it's better than I Like It! 4/10
