I got Mandy Moore's CD for a present during te holidays. I wasn't sure how much I would like it considering that I was beginning to get tired of Candy, But it quickly become one of my favorite CD's. Highlights include Not Too Young and Let Me Be The One. Here's a reveiw of each song: So Real: This is a real good song. It would make a good single and probably do well on the charts. Candy: Song that first got me Cravin Mandy like Candy. Nice song with a creative bridge. Not her greatest song though...but still great. What You Want: Great song. Gets stuck in your head and stays there...it is really original and cool. Walk Me Home: Nice slow song. It is a little too sappy for my liking..but still good Lock Me In Your Heart: Good song. I like the concept and Mandy's vocals really shine through on it. Most mature on the record. Quit Breakin My Heart-Blah. This song is ok, but kind of annoying. Let Me Be The One: This is reminicant of Crazy or ...Baby One More Time, but better. This is the most Britney SPears-y Mandy Gets, although she definatily outdoes the self-proclaimed "pop princess" Not Too Young: Good song, especially for Mandy to sing, considering her age and all. I love the intro with the storm and the computer thing. Love Shot: This song is kinda R&Bish. I like this a lot too. The lyrics are catchy I Like It: I Don't Like It. This is a horrible song, but I'll look paSt it... Love For Always- kinda cliched, but a pretty love song. The 1,2,3,4 is annoying though. All in All, Mandy's on the right track
