One word: Why?!

Why is Mandy Moore's former label realeasing a Greatest Hits now? Isn't it a little too early for that? Come on, she's only had two albums of original material. "I Wanna Be With You" doesn't count as a new album to me. And "Coverage" was exactly that. Just an album of karoake covers! Also, I don't think some of the last songs on here were even hits! This sounds like Sony is pretty desperate for cash!! From what I understand, Mandy isn't promoting this album at all. I don't blame her! If I were Mandy, I wouldn't support this either! What is with all of these relatively new artists releasing 'Greatest Hits' collections? First Britney, then Mandy, Creed... So far the only one of these artists that deserves a 'Greatest Hits' is Britney!!
