A Mandy Moore Collection
Review Score:

(10/10)
This is a pretty fair collection of Mandy hits & soundtrack songs. I do feel sorry for Mandy because she is embarrassed that her old record label, Epic Records, released this "The Best Of" album. Mandy has been in the music industry for a good five & a half years now. Yet, many Artists that release a Greatest Hits CD do so around a decade or so after beginning their careers as Musicians. But, when Artists split with their record companies, most of the time, the company will indeed produce & span out collections similar to this one. This was clearly out of Mandy's hands.
I was happy to discover that this disc included eleven of Mandy's singles (eight American singles, an Australian single, two Phillipine singles, & two soundtrack recordings). Plus, two other songs from "Coverage". Awesome songs in their own right! For the most part anyway.
American Singles:
SO REAL
"Candy"
"Walk Me Home"
I WANNA BE WITH YOU (SPECIAL EDITION)
"I Wanna Be With You"
MANDY MOORE
"In My Pocket"
"Crush"
"Cry"
COVERAGE
"Have A Little Faith In Me"
Australian Single:
SO REAL
"So Real"
Phillipine Singles:
A WALK TO REMEMBER SOUNDTRACK
"Only Hope"
COVERAGE
"Can We Still Be Friends"
Soundtrack Hits:
STUART LITTLE 2 SOUNDTRACK
"Top Of The World"
MONA LISA SMILE SOUNDTRACK
"Secret Love"
This package includes four rare live music videos & all of them are of Miss Moore performing in the Phillipines. Sweet! I was rather disappointed when learning that the scene from "A Walk To Remember" where Jamie sings "Only Hope" wasn't included in the DVD section & that a couple of unreleased Mandy tunes ("Feel Me" & "Singing To The Song Of Life") weren't going to be available either. However, Mandy probably would have been even more humiliated. Remixes can also be a plus. Mandy did release "Breaking Us In Two" & "Moonshadow" in the Phillpines as singles as well & that's why I feel they should fill in the slots of "I Feel The Earth Move" & "Senses Working Overtime". They're better songs anyhow...but that's just my opinion.
Overall: Satisfying-enough & good to have for Mandy fans in particular.
