Fight, Fight!

This is Manowar's nineth studio album. It seems that almost everything that they have to give to metal has already been given. The songs "Call to Arms", "Hand of Doom", and "Fight Until We Die" at least sound same kind of songs like "Metal Warriors", "Return of the Warlord", "The Gods Made Heavy Metal" etc. The songs are mostly basic metal. "Nessun Dorma" and "An American Trilogy" sound so terrible songs...maybe they can raise the mind of some American war hero but for me it doesn't give anything else than old fashioned music. The songs "Valhalla" and "The March" are instrumental ones, so there's left only "The Fight for Freedom" and "Swords in the Wind" which are very good Manowar ballads. At least SitW belong to same serie as "Heart of Steel", "Master of the Wind", and "Courage". "Warriors of the World United" is a strong heavy metal piece. It has wonderful lyrics and attitude. Metal rules! "House of Death" is quite fast and heavy. Manowar can still make good songs but there's all the time less and less of them in the albums.
