I ordered this cd with great anticipation. I really hoped these fine musicians would return to the fabulous sounds that graced 'Season's End' and 'Brave' (2 of my favorite albums of all time), but I was (once more) destined to be disappointed. There has been quite an evolution (or devolution) since the arrival of Steve Hogarth. A lot of the change was for the better (I do like pop music), but a lot of the change was for the worse (I really miss the Steve Rothery guitar solos--these, for me, define the ultimate sound that is Marillion). Don't get wrong, I really enjoyed the new territory bridged with Afraid of Sunlight and even some of the original songs on Radiation, which for the most part I did not like at all (I do like 'Born to Run'). Marillion.com is basically Marillion playing unoriginal music (and playing it well), but the production is devoid of any feeling, emotion, or heart. Basically, it is like a cover album with no covers. I enjoyed 'Rich' and parts of 'Lulu', but overall this album is certainly NOT a return to form. Avoid this unless you are a die-hard fan (which I am) or a person who loved Radiation.
