Marillion

Radiation

It Radiates

Review Score: StarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStar (8/10)
Let's be honest, Guys, get over it, Fish is gone and H is here. Now, i'm not defending either two, but i'm just making clear that there is two eras for Marillion, and Hogarth is evolving the sound at this moment. Fish was great, but so is Hogarth, in each individual way.

Now about Radiation....It's not the best, but it's not the worst as some say! It has very good cuts, for example Catherdral Wall, A few words for the dead (My favorite)and 3 minute boy and this cut which for me is a gem ...Now She'll Never Know.

Ok now the bad press, It is quite Pop this material. It lacks the quality of Seasons End or The BRAVE sessions. I also felt that it lacks a true feeling to it. There is no astounding magic to this one, I would say it's a nice cd from the guys, however they have done better. I do recommend people to listen to this CD if they're not familiar with Marillion, and if they're coming from a more rock-pop style of music, once they like it is easier to take'em back through all the diffrent materials which are more elaborated.
