This isnt his best album but who cares? It still rocks.I admit the songwriting isnt quite as strong as Mechanical Animals or Holywood except for the title track but its still excellent.My favorites include Vodeville,Para noir,This Is The New Sh*t well actually the whole album is real good.As for Marilyn Manson needing Jesus, I dont believe thats true.I must say that Jesus was a myrtyr and an icon but I dont really think that anybody really needs to worship him.Im not really a christian but I do believe there is an afterlife.I believe anybody who is honest,intelligent and a genuinely nice person gets a good afterlife.I believe Marilyn Manson is all 3 and hes an excellent musician too.In conclusion all I can say is believe what you want to believe or else your life will be empty.
