Not Spectacular

This album, while not bad, offers little in terms of the uniqueness we know as Knopfler's. A low key album with nice arrangements, it seems to have its place in the collection, but is not one you'll be playing for years to come because nothing is particularly memorable, inspiring or unique. It's all been done a thousand times before. Mark can has more to offer than this.
