Mark Knopfler's solo releases are great and include some great guitar playing with folk tracks, jazz and some slight country influences and great lyrics this release is definatley worth picking up, whilst not been a major fan of the dire staits (although they where not too bad) i would have to say this is an improvment from then and is a very sophisticated release thats worth picking up, the record also runs through smoothly without a single bad track on it and there are no real let downs with this cd so it's worth picking up if you're a fan or if your new to Mark Knopfler.
