Adam Levin is a demi-god with very expressive eyes and a voice that was genetically engineered from the voices of Peter Frampton and Jamiroquai's Jay Kay. Songs About Jane is a solid and durable groove from start to finish, well worth your indulgence. The CD sleeve has an illustration of what appears to be Pandora and her accompanying box with the top open--what does that tell you?

Maroon 5 and John Mayer are in the same category of quality, but that is where it ends. You are really comparing an apple and an orange here.
