A different Mayhem but still Mayhem

After I received my copy of "The Grand Declaration of War", I was completely surprised by what I heard. There is one track that soundslike a dance techno pop track.Aside from that, the rest of this album is excellent. True,this album differs from their past albums but after giving it a few listens, I really enjoy it more now. Just give Mayhem a chance and this album will grow on you. I'd suggestbuying the earlier albums before this one. Then compare them now and you will notice growth and maturity. Mayhem is the band that got me into Black Metal music. This albumis a must buy.
