Hail Dead and Euronymous

This is a great album.It is the only album released with both Dead and Euronymous playing together.But why do people say this is the only album with the true lineup?Define true lineup.Dead was not the original singer,Maniac was.And Hellhammer was not their original drummer,Manheim was.Although Hellhammer is much better.But this is a great cd with lots of great black metal classics and the now deceased Euronymous and Dead RIP.But I think that the Deathcrush album should be considered to have the actual true lineup of mayhem.
