A Diamond in the Coal Mine

In the latter half of the seventies there was (IMHO) at least very little music produced that is worth listening to. This album is one of the glaring exceptions. Bat Out of Hell is pure rock and roll, everyone who has ever been a teenager will instantly relate with the message that is being given. Who doesn't remember feeling like the boy or the the girl in Paradise By The Dashboard Light? All in all, if you only buy a couple of CD's in your life, I would recommend making this one of them. It's rock and roll at it's finest.
