Megadeth breaks out of their stolen shadow
Review Score:

(10/10)
Yes,the selloutica vs. Megadeth feud is as old as 1983,but if someone stole my music and furthermore sold albums because they stole my music, I wouldn't get over it either. With Megadeths' Rust In Peace album, they showed selloutica that yes,you stole some of my music, but I'll kick your ass thru making my OWN music better. In my opinion, this cd is pure thrash mayham from open to end, obviously excluding track 8. Here is my song by song breakdown:
Holy Wars:13 out of 10-this song is a "DETH" classick!
Hanger 18:another "DETH" classick!
Take No Prisoners:this is one of favorite all time Megadeth songs, although they never seem to play it live.
5 Magics:definitly 13 out of 10 on this killer-ass song, another one of my all time favorites, yet I've never heard it live either.
Poison Was The Cure:I always thought that this was a pretty cool song, the lyrics and everything on this song were excellent.
Lucretia:13 out of 10! This song if fu#$ing awesome!
Tornado Of Souls:13 out of 10! Very catchy and bad-ass song, great work on this one!
Dawn Patrol:not really a song at all,more of a prelude to R.I.P./Polaris
Polaris:13 out of 10! Another bad ass "DETH" song, kind of like "Set The World Afire"!
This is the album that got me into this kind of music, and Megadeth is about the only band from the 80's that I still listen to. I stole this tape from my brother when I was in the 4th grade, and still, over 10 years later, this album and just about all the other Megadeth releases (except risk) flood my cd player! Long live Vic Rattlehead!!!
