The masters of grind evolve and conquer
Review Score:

(10/10)
This album was a shock for me, as I was used to the speedy punk-influenced grindcore of their earlier output, and the total death metal- influenced blurrrr of Utopia Banished. This one took some time to grow on me, but after a while, I picked up on its sheer brutality and anger. Music like Napalm Death and others defy classification. Grindcore, "death" metal, hardcore- it's just not easy to lump them into a genre of anything. ND's music is pure emotion and anger... nothing more, nothing less. Ignore the reviewer below's comments about the "ability" of ND's members to play their instruments, and insults about the people who listen to this kind of music. Soulless, emotionless wankery by jealous, passed-over "musicians" stuck in the wasteland of shallow ego-driven shlock (as described in a one-star review below), ND is not. Napalm Death stands above all of this nonsense and are successful due to originality, integrity, and just pure BRUTALITY.
