this album is dope, there's nothing outthere that can come close to this album, espicially from the lyrical point of view.
nas is the best mc alive, a living legend, forget jay-z, jay can't even come close to this, this is a rap classic:
1.get down:10/10 song 2 versus the guy is killing it never heard anything like this, nas is a great story teller you gotta listen to this.

2.the cross:10/10 eminem production, a great song nas talks about how rappers these days are r&b they ain't real 2 versus.

3.made you look:10/10 everyone heard it a classic a song that takes you back to the old school, nothing but real hip hop.

4.last real n...a alive:8/10 nas is telling the whole hip hop story how he started and talks about almost everybody in the game right and at the end he kills jay-z with a couple of lines.

5.zone out:6/10 lyrically it is a good song but the beat is terrible, the song is featuring bravehearts.

6.hey nas:7/10 a 3 verses a chilling song it is a good joint and the beat is good too.

7.i can:10/10 one of the best songs in the albums the lyrics are crazy, nas is killing it, and i think everyone heard it.

8.book of rhymes:11/10 the best song on the album crazy crazy crazy rhymes, nas proves that he still got it, the guy is amazing in this joint, the beat is crazy it is a classic.

9.thug mansion:8/10 featuring 2pac,nas 2 versus and pac got only one, it is a good joint, nas is killing it.

10.mastermind:10/10 a very good song, nas againg is telling a story great story telling and a good beat.

11.warrior song:10/10 my second favourite song on the album, the song is featuring alecia keys, nas is destroying it man crazy beat and crazy rhymes.

12.revolutionary welfare:7.5/10 not a bad song featuring lake produced by alchemist.

13.dance:11/10 one of the deepest songs of all the time, nas talks about his mother's death, a super great song 2 versus but crazy and emotional.

14.heaven:9/10 a very good song. nas talking about the power of god, his mother, and about life, a very powerfull lyrics, very nice song.

if you don't have this album go get it right now, it is another classic from nas, you gotta listen to it a couple of times then you'll get addicted to it.
