Great Album For People Who Don't Compare It To Ilmatic

Personally, as a fan of Nas and Illmatic, I don't like comparing all of Nas' albums to Illmatic. Each of them have a different feel and direction, which all artists need in order to experiment and grow. I have to admit though, this album has its set-backs like "Big Girl" and "You Owe Me" but it's still a great album!

Life We Chose - 5/5 (Great concept, nice beat by L.E.S.)
Nastradamus - 3.5/5 (Mediocre at best, addictive chorus)
Some of Us Have Angels - 4/5 (Great message, but the chorus doesn't match the beat at all)

Project Windows - 5/5 (Awesome storytelling from Nas, nice Piano loop)

Come Get Me - 5/5 (Primo, nuff said)
Shoot Em' Up - 5/5 (Huge bassline, creative storytelling from Nas)

Last Words - 5/5 (The ghetto track of the album)
Family - 4.5/5 (Beat is kind of bland but the Mobb shines)
God Love Us - 4.5/5 (Same as above but this time Nas shines)
Quiest N****s - 4/5 (Beat is good but doesn't flow to the rhymes)
Big Girl - 2/5 (Yuck)
New World - 5/5 (The concept track of the album)
You Owe Me - 1.5/5 (Just plain bad and sell-outy)
