Nas came back hard after a lot of criticism about his last few albums and the songs he's been making. This album was hyped a lot thanks to his beef with Jay-Z and that definitely helped him get some fire back into his lyrical delivery as he was going through that "I'm God" mode the past 2 years before this came out. A great album and a must have.
