Is there any need to compare Nas And Jay-Z. Only if you don't know hip-hop. Nas and Jay-Z shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence, unless you are saying that Nas is better than Jay-Z. Nas is far ahead of Jay-Z lyrically it's not even funny. Ether ended any debate about who's better. In my opinion Nas is the 2nd best MC of all time, only behind the late great 2Pac. Now about the album, this is Nas's 3rd best release behind Illmatic and The Lost Tapes. This album is a banger from beginning to end. Nas keeps it true to the streets. He doesn't talk about how many girls and how much money he has, he spits knowledge and what you need to know. So this album gets 5 stars with no thought process.
