Overrated

I love Nas, and have every one of his cds. However I do believe this cd is very overrated. It is not bad, I would rate it an average cd, but no where near a classic. He defiantly roasts Jay-z on Ether, but this song loses its playability very quickly. This is the same with Get your self a Gun, its good for the first couple of times, but then I get tired of hearing it. Rewind I appreciate for the creativity, but I lose interest when he starts talking about who he is killing and everything else we konw that hes not doing. I do like One MIc, 2nd Child hood Destroy Rebuild, though he uses Slick Ricks style, Rule, and Poision. Overall this is a cd that I listen to from time to time. However, If i'm looking to listen to Nas, I'd choose, ILLmatic, Lost Tapes, God's Son, and It was Written before this one. This album just felt very commercial with very little playability after a while. I do feel like Nas is back, and is currently the King of NY, but because of his Lost tapes which is absolutely sick, and I also like Gods Son a lot. This album just did not do it for me though. It is still an average cd, I would get if you are a fan of Nas.
