Nasty Nas has come full circle
Review Score:

(10/10)
First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to NaS for bringing back hip hop again taking out all the pop from the album to shake off the fakers. Its so sad to listen to the radio and hear the same BS jiggy songs every single hour/day.
Now I have been a fan of NaS since he first spit those lines "Street's Disciple..." on Main Source's "Live at the BBQ". There were times where I was disappointed with him during the I Am & Nastradamus days but today with this new album, Nas has come correct.
I would have to say that Street's Disciple is the Hip Hop Album of the year and ties with Illmatic. Some may say Illmatic is better, but I think this is just as good because NaS goes beyond talkin about gangsta and ghetto life. He gets very social, political on the 1st CD while keeping it fun and jazzy on the 2nd and lyrically profound all at the same time!!! I prefer the 2nd CD over the 1st because NaS add's new style to his music. There's this one joint on there "No one else in the room" that takes me back to the days of Michael Jackson and makes me wanna start breakin' again.
All I have to say is, GET THIS ALBUM!!! You'll be very glad that you did!
