This is by far the BEST ALBUM OF 2004-05!!!! Nas is a one of the best rapper wit' great flow and great lyrics! He was already top on rap game when he dropped "illmatic"! But now he prooved that he is the best rapper.(After Biggie and 2pac ofcourse) This album is a classic.
Starts off wit' a dark Intro with a nice slow beat to it. Then goes to A MESSEGE TO FEDS, SINCERELY, WE THE PEOPLE. Kind of a Freestyle rap by Nas wit' no chorus!
NAZERATH SAVAGE is another great song with street beat and dark lyrics! Another worth mentioning song is DISCIPLE. This song has a very heavy beat and is easily one of the best song in the album wit' standout lyrics. AMERICAN WAY is a little weak track wit' Kelis singing the hook. Then THESE ARE OUR HEROES, another classic song about how celebrities are not a good role model.

DISC 2 is not like DISC 1! Disc2 has somewhat slow songs in it and mostly about his life. But U.B.R is a classic song and another standout about RAKIM's Life. SUICIDE BOUNCE is good song specially the ending. VIRGO is a good track too.

Other songs are good too but above are only the Standouts!
Buy this album if u don't already own it. Definite buy for any hip hop fan and MUST BUY for nas fan.
