DISC ONE:
#1 Intro-caught my interest but wouldn't miss it
#2 A Message to the Feds...-the fast rapping caught me offguard but I dug the message
#3 Nazareth Savage-normal Nasty Nas calling people out, dug it
#4 American Way-the chorus w/Kelis is annoying-love the way he stuck up for black women (a relief in the sad truth of woman-bashing known to rap), Kelis' singing seems out of place
#5 These are our heroes-caught me ALL offguard; gangsta; Nas is telling the truth the radio won't play; Kobe's probably pissed; love the honesty but why'd he have to call Taye Diggs out? I like Taye!
#6 Disciple-I like the beat but the chorus is so distracting that I couldn't hear the music
#7 Sekou Story-I've never heard Scarlett before but I like her flow-the beat behind her is crazy-didn't like how she referred to herself as a b****, but that's her choice-I'm a sucker for a story
#8 Live Now-yet again, another story-Scarlett has a strong voice-I"m digging her rhyme skills
#9 Rest of My Life-Supplying a mother so she won't sell her body Strongest plot in this tale-driven rhyme
#10 Just a Moment-heavy; on the topic of war; forces a listener to mourn/think/cry/bob ya head-I like the chorus a lot (subtle, not oversung)
#11 Reason-Nas has the ability to incorporate politics, truth, opinions, and rhyme without being preachy-gotta love it (and he does what Mos wants to, speaks the political truth but with a TIGHT beat, I wish Mos would get out of that rock n' roll phase)
#12 (extra)-Takes me back to the eighties-like the neverending flow of his rhyme

DISC 2:
#1 Suicide Bounce-Busta said put the petroleum jelly on my face & I knew it was on-gotta luv Busta-real talk
#2 Street's Disciple-his father has so much soul-never heard "uh uh" sound so soulful
#3 U.B.R.-I love Rakim's creativity & have the ultimate respect for Rakim-can't wait for KRS' biography
#4 Virgo-I hear beatboxing and go into Eighties LaLaLand-can't get enough of it-HUGE fan of Ludacris (heard this song on his album and join in on hi-oo-ouse and uh-uh-on) and Doug E. Fresh? His rhyme is average but his beat is RAW & so is his presence
#5 Remember the Times (intro)-stupid idea & question & why they gotta be b****, Kelis?
#6 Remember the Times-tacky song, don't care, bad idea, perfect way to make a woman insecure if he really picked a person-why ask such a silly question anyway?
#7 The Makings of a Perfect B****-I like the idea of the song but it's annoying because he keeps complimenting & honoring women in some songs and name-calling in the next-I have no respect for this song
#8 Getting Married-the whole married-to-music joke is overused so his "sike" was lame, but other than that, the song is a decent dedication to Kelis, but "no, I don't excuse your French" and neither should she-her family gotta hear that & that is not cute
#9 No One Else in the Room-sex in public places? Oookay! I love Maxwell's ability to make me groove, not oversing, and not compromise his singing ability for a hip hop feel, the beat in snappable
#10 Bridging the Gap-I was crazy about this song since the first time I heard it & I don't believe I'll ever get tired of it
#11 War-reminds me of Nelly's song "Country Grammar"-happy melody but actually a depressing song-I like it besides the "grabbing ponytail" part
#12 Destiny-Usually child-dedicated songs have terrible beats but I love this beat the best-they also seem too personal to connect with, but I love this one like my father wrote it for me
#13 (extra)-Nothing to brag on
