(8/10)In the days of the MTV, BET, VH1, MTV Jams, and multiple award shows, and played out radio playlists, Nelly as popular as he is tends to get played out! I mean how many more times can we hear Hot in Herre, EI, Country Grammar (my fave), or the sloppy IZu? Nelly is good but gets played out really fast. But this remix album is forcing me to warm up to Nelly. The beats are hot and he incorporates different styles on every song. U know how most time someone drops a remix, but all it is is another verse, or another rapper. Not this!! The songs are done on totally different beats. Some of the beats need a little more work but my fave are: Ride wit me, EI, and Country Grammar. This will give you the chance to bang ur head to a Nelly track instead of switching the radio station or flipping the channel!
