(4/10)First off, I AM NOT A NELLY FAN! I do not think he can rhyme, nor does he rhyme over good beats. He is P. Diddy and Ja Rule with an accent. This is much better than his first album, but that was horrible as well. Nelly said something in his song #1; is there a such thing as real hip hop? No. Is there a such thing as good music? Yes, and this doesn't qualify as either. Buyer beware.
