I think it was kinda dumm to put out 2 albums instead of a double album but sweat is HOT!

1. Heart of a Champion: I love the lyrics and the chorus sung by the lincoln college choir is catchy 8.5/10

2. Na-NaNa-Na: One of the Best on the Album. In my oppinion this should have been the first single 9/10

3. Flap Your Wings: I never really liked Hot in Herre but it had a catchy chorus. Same thing Here. 6.5/10

4. American Dream: I didn't like it when i first listened to it but ali and murphy lee are great in it. If u like the lunatics you'll like this track. Because of ali's vese. 7.5/10

5. River don't Runnn: I don't really like Bob Marley but if U do then you'll like this song. For Me Murphy Lee Saves the song at the end. 6.5/10

6. Tilt ya Head Back: Cheesey Song with Christina Aguilera if you're a real nelly fan going back to country grammar you'll see what i mean. 3.5/10

7. Grand Hang Out: Good Beat but i just hate fat joe. But if you like Fat Joe it's maybe one of the best on the album. But I don't 5/10

8. Getcha Getcha: When u listen to Air Force Ones on Nellyville you'll notice that all four lunatics are on every verse. Getcha Getcha is like that murphy lee and nelly are the best in this song 8.5/10

9. Another One: I compare this song to On the Grind on the Nellyville album. Good Refrain the verses are a little annoying still a song that could be a single 8/10

10. Spida Man: This is my favorite Song on the Album. Awsome Refrain, best beat on the Album. But i can imagine that most people won't like it so much. 10/10

11. Playa: Missy Elliott sings. Enough Said. Worst Track he's ever made 2/10

12. Down By The Water: The Beginning of this Song is before the Flap Your Wings Video. I loved it when i heard it and was disappointed when the song changed to Flap Your Wings 9/10

13. Boy: The Song is Ok but Boy is the only word in the chorus. With this song nelly finally made an album without a great last song. Too Bad. 5.5/10
