a great album from circa-1996!

No Doubt's album "Tragic Kingdon" is great stuff from the mid-1990s, with such happy boppy hits as "Spiderwebs" and the sarcastic feminist anthem "I'm Just a Girl". Gwen Stefani is a bit like a latter-day Debbie Harry for the college crowd (most of whom are too young to know exactly who Debbie Harry is). The beat is good and it is definitely original. If you are sick of the same old same old, this is a little sumptin' sumptin' for you.
