Tragic Kingdom

Wow!

Review Score: StarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStar (10/10)
After hearing this CD, I became a huge ND fan. This is their best album so far. The first 10 tracks are the ones I can listen to straight through, but I usually go from 1-4 to 9-10, then skip to 14. "Spiderwebs" is really hard to play, trust me. My band is trying to learn to play a cover of it, and it's taking us forever. "Excuse Me Mr."...well, I dont like the topic, but I love this song. "Just A Girl" shows Gwen Stefani's awesome vocal talent, and great guitar playing. "Happy Now?" is excellent. A sort of edgy feel, it doesn't get much better. "Sunday Morning" is another of my favorites. When I realized the whole first part was bass, I was impressed. If I tried to play that, it would be almost like a slow-mo version! "Don't Speak" is timeless. Sad, but it is all about the memories. "Tragic Kingdom" is one of the best on the CD. I love the beginning spoken part, and the sax solos. All in all, this CD is one of the best in the decade, and you have to get it! I'm sure most have it already, but if you don't...what are you waitin for?!?!
