Average Work From A Great Band

As a follow up to 'Morning Glory', this CD doesn't exactly meaure up to it's predecessor (not many records made in the 90's do), but it still is a worthy work of music. Although it seems a little unfocused and scattered, it still has some fine tunes on it.

The opener 'Know What I Mean' is a driving rock song that is easy on the ears. 'All Around The World' is Beatlesesque and is very groovy with all of its layers of guitars and even horns (it works, trust me). But the 2 best songs on the disc are the power ballads (for lack of a better term) 'Don't Go Away' and 'Stand By Me'. They are worth the price of admission alone.

It's a good CD, but not their best work.
