The band's weakest release

I was still a big Oasis fan back in 2000 and I remember feeling incredibly disappointed the first time I heard this album. It grows on you a bit on subsequent listens but this doesn't hide the fact that much of this album is quite simply boring.
It has its moments, "Go Let it Out" is good and "Gas Panic" is the best song on the album. Others fall flat. Take "Roll it Over" for example. Could have been a great song but the chorus is dire!
The album isn't horrible but for an Oasis release it is decidedly average. One for fans only I'm afraid.
