Blizzard of Ozz

A bit disappointing, but not completely horrible

Review Score: StarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStar (8/10)
As a fan, I wanted to check out some of the 2002 remasters. I really love Tribute, No Rest for the Wicked, No More Tears, and Ozzmosis. But I am a bit disappointed with Blizzard of Ozz, because it has been very altered. Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake have been replaced, and they have also been deleted from the pictures in the booklet. Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin have re-recorded the bass and drums on the album. While the outcome is far from horrible, Blizzard of Ozz just doesn't have that perfect touch that it had. I wouldn't really recommend this, except to avid fans, as this CD does have one rare bonus track, "You Lookin' at Me Lookin' at You." Be sure to find the complete 1995 remastered collection, in which none of the albums have been altered, or the other 2002 releases minus Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman, which were changed the most.
