Bob and Lee, losing their trial ? I can't believe it !

As you have already noticed the amount of negative reviews on this release, you probably already know that former bassist (Bob Daisley) and drummer (Lee Kerslake) have been removed, not only from the record, but also from the photo inside. The album was re-recorded with current line-up bassist and drummer.
But what really makes me sick is that I don't have the original version of 'Blizzard of Ozz'. It's out of print. That's why I can't understand the guys who say "I grew up with the original, I find this re-record stupid..." but hey, you own the original, so what's the matter ??

To add something the other reviewers didn't say yet (well, I guess) is that Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake began a trial against the Osbournes, but for the moment, they are losing, because they couldn't prove they weren't paid the royalties they deserved for the first 2 Ozzy solo albums.
But anyway, there's no reason why they shouldn't win.
The answer may be given in the first months of 2003.

To finish, let's put some quotes of Ozzy's wife that say it all :

"Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake have harassed Ozzy and our family for several years.

"Because of their abusive and unjust behaviour, Ozzy wanted to remove them from these recordings.

"We turned a negative into a positive by adding a fresh sound to the original albums."

HORRIBLE ! I can't even imagine how she could dare to say that !
