For Shame Ozzy, this FAKE remaster is pathetic!
Review Score:

(2/10)
Read my other review for Ozzy Osbourne's Diary of a Madman(1995 remaster).
The original album does deserve FIVE PLUS STARS. I had the original cassette, the Jet CD and the 1995 Bob Ludwig remastering job, which all rocked!
When I heard news that it would be re-released in 2002 I said what the hey. However, I and many fans of the original album were in for a horrific shock! Instead of owing what was coming to original drummer Lee Kerslake and bass player Bob Daisley(which was their royalties for co-writing and playing on the album), Ozzy's greedy egomaniacal manager/wife Sharon decides to (shock!, gasp!, horror!) REPLACE their backing tracks with Metallica bass player Robert Trujillo and ex-Faith No More drummer Mike Bordin.
Songs like Over the Mountain, You Can't Kill Rock and Roll and the title cut and what not all now sound like ****! This would remind me of if Roger Waters reissued the original version of The Dark Side of the Moon without his ex-bandmates.
The performances on this fake remaster are so bad that I did not ever bother buying it.
Avoid and buy either the 1980s Jet/CBS CD or the 1995 Epic remaster (this new version is ridiculous).
No stars, this is ridiculous!
