I'm sure you'll read other reviews here and it's true: the Osbournes have replaced Bob Daisley's bass and Lee Kerslake's Drums with musicians from his current live band. I like the current guys, but take it from a guy who graduated high school in 1987 with these albums. It DOES sound different! You can really tell from the machine-gun opening drum solo in the first song 'Over The Mountain'. (Also, Crazy Train sounds different on Blizzard too!) The feud's not only about money, it's about ego. Daisley wrote and played for Ozzy for his other albums Bark At The Moon, Ultimate Sin (lyrics only), No Rest For The Wicked, & No More Tears (music only) so it must be due to his lawsuit for credit & merchandise royalties for this particular album. All these other Ozzy CDs have Daisley still on them. Even Ozzy recently admitted these guys wrote & created the album (March 2002 Guitar World mag) yet they're not even listed in the credits or pictures (Sarzo & Aldrige are)! WHAT the...???!!!
Please voice an opinion that you will not tolerate bands that remove music on classic albums, no matter what the reason by finding the 1995 remaster used. I just heard that "Black Sabbath" is playing live without Bill Ward on drums (2004 Ozzfest). What has happened to the Osbournes?
