"The Last Ozzy LP with Randy Rhoads is Fantastic"

This 1981/1982 album is probably my favorite Ozzy album, and is a whole lot better than "Blizzard Of Ozz (1980)" &
"No More Tears", which are far too over-rated. "Flying High Again", "Over the Mountain", & "Little Dolls" are wicked heavy, and full of that great Randy Rhoads riffing and creepy lyrics by Ozzy. It's too bad that none of these great tracks are being played on the radio these days. After this album, Ozzy went into his "glam-rock" period (1983 - 1987), which was a dsigrace to his legend. The only album that even compares to this album's heaviness, is 1988's "No Rest for the Wicked" with Zakk Wylde on the guitar. Ozzy may be a bonafied celebrity now, but his music will never get better than "Diary of a Madman." Anything that Ozzy put out from 1983 to let's say 1986, and after the "No Rest for the Wicked" era is commercially over-produced garbage. I recommend the 1995 edition of this album, which excludes the throwaway "I Don't Know (live)", additional art work, and the re-recorded rhythm section. Also try
"No Rest For the Wicked (1988)" & "Just Say Ozzy (1990)."
