Very Disappointed Ozzy Fan
Review Score:

(2/10)
I have been listening to the original album for twenty years. It is one of my favorite albums. I got it for the first time when I was 10 years old. I have to agree with all the negative reviews. The album simply does not sound right. Again, after listening to the album probably hundreds of times, I have the original vinyl release, original CD, 1995 remaster, and now this new one. If you listen to them together you really notice it, although I noticed right away because it is so different. The mix is all wrong. It's as if the life was taken out of the recording. Besides the fact that the album does not sound right, I think it is wrong to replace tracks on an album that has already been out for so long, especially by new musicians. I have no problem with remasters that are supposed to sound better, with todays technology, but replacing musicians is just plain wrong. Ozzy should just pay Daisley and Kerslake what he owes them for writing, producing, and playing on this album and Blizzard of Ozz. It is because of these first two albums that Ozzy has been so successful with his tours, other records, merchandise, and now the TV show. He should be happy he is making so much money and thankful that these albums have sold well, and just pay what he owes the other musicians. I would not recommend this album, the 1995 remaster sounds the best. I would also add that this is an insult to the memory of Randy, and shows that Ozzy is not very sincere when it comes to his memory. He has now put money (when he already has so much) over the love he says he has for Randy .
