It saddened me greatly when I found out about what Ozzy and Sharon have done. Last weekend I bought these re-mastered CD's of "Diary Of A Madman". If I had known that Ozzy had ruined these legendary albums like this I wouldn't have ever bought them ! This is so sick it's beyond belief. It's an unimaginable insult to the fans. Does he really think that we're so stupid that we couldn't tell the difference ?! I'm a huge Randy Rhoads fan and I feel this is very disrespectful to his memory and to the wonderful work that he left behind. I've been a life long Ozzy fan and I feel insulted by what he has done ! I've bought everything he has put out. But if he doesn't fix this and do the right thing, then I will never again buy anything else from Ozzy Osbourne ! He should just pay these two men the royalty money they have earned. It says on these re-issue's that they are "Re-mastered from the original masters !" How could they ever have the nerve to say that with Daisley and Kerslake taken off ??!! These are terribly mixed CD's. To make matters even worse, they also faded these songs out sooner then they were on the original recordings. So their shorter then they were when the original Blizzard of Ozz" band recorded them ! It's an insult to Randy Rhoads and his legacy. I can't believe that on this the twentieth anniversary of Randy's death that Ozzy and Sharon would disrespect him like that. Not to mention the insult to Lee and Bob, whose playing on those records was so instrumental in their success. If not for the success of those two records where would Ozzy and Sharon be today? I can guarantee you, without the great success of those records, there would be no World tours, no Ozzfest and there would be no MTV show starring the two of them, along with their foul-mouthed, spoiled children. So much of what they have today can be traced back to those two records and for them to go ahead and do what they have done is heartbreaking. DO NOT BUY THESE CD'S! I FIND IT VERY SAD THAT OZZY HAS RUINED THE INTEGRITY OF IS BEST MUSIC.
NEVER AGAIN WILL FUTURE ROCK FANS AND GUITAR PLAYERS GET A CHANCE TO HEAR RANDY RHOADS ORIGINAL WORK ! THE ORIGINAL WORK OF THE GREATEST GUITAR PLAYER IN THE WORLD HAS NOW BEEN DEFACED ! THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF OZZY'S GREED ! IT IS NOW A "DIARY OF A GREEDY MAN" !
