He is Mad!
Review Score:

(2/10)
Ozzy must be mad to have made such a terrabe remaster. The rerecording of the Bass and Drums is showing in a really bad way! BOB and LEE were better Ozzy! Take note that this album is lower than even Blizzard. The album is even more off and out of sink than the other. GET THE GREEN BORDER COPY OF THIS ALBUM AND NOT THIS VERSION!!! unless you must have it all. Now onto my review of the tracks: 1. Over The Mountain - Sound effects are messed up and we get a eve more out of sink sound than the sounds on Blizzard. . . .65% 2. Flying High Again - Not on the mark either. Sound is yet again off badly. But thats the story of this whole mess. . .65% 3. You Can't Kill Rock And Roll - The Worst remake I've ever heard! The Bass is out of place and in the way of Randy's Guitar! The Drums are out of step as well. Even the vocals are slightly bad sounding which puzzles me. I thought remastering was a good thing?! Oh well. By the way, this was my fav. song for this album. . . .45%(DESTROYED!)4. Believer - Decent intro and the sound effects are more aparent but other things hurt it. Ozzy sounds like he did this song another room. But it's about the only song where they sounded better than Bob and Lee somewhere. Sadly the song still sounds bad. but I'llgive them credit for trying . . .80% 5. Little Dolls - I thought for a second there, they were going to add a bit to it, but sadly they fall short. Vocals are like destorted, and things sound off. Sounds like the drummer is trying to sound like leading the song when they really ain't following. . . .65%6. Tonight - Sounds off, I hear defects everywhere (By the second Verse). Perhaps the first remasters hid this problem, but It hurts. it almost sounds like Ozzy resang it and messed up. Fans may want to look into this a little. Bassist sounds out of place at the end as well. . . .55%7. S.A.T.O. - Intro sounds decent till they speed, then this falls out of sink. Bass is off by a mile. Vocals have an echo to them which sounds wrong. Drums hit wrong everytime they start up. . . .55% 8. Diary of a Madman - Not too bad, to start. The keyboard effects are mixed lower and drums are louder. Maybe dcent to some. It's not as good as the other version of the album however. . . .70% 9. I Don't Know (Live) - I'm not a big fan of live versions of songs. This one sounds decent I guess. Some told me that this same live recording is on Tribute ,but since I don't listen to that one much either.... . . .70%If you like the 1995 remastered version of this album I would suggest: Ozzy Osbourne - Blizzard of Ozz(Blue Border), Ozzy Osbourne - Bark at the Moon (Grey Border), Ozzy Osbourne - Ozzmosis, and Black Sabbath - Vol. 4.
